Relax stay in Renaissance

My experience was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk through the skywalk to CentralWorld. The room was spacious and well-maintained, while the breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, including excellent curries. The staff, particularly Mr Kyo and Chef Eiam, were attentive and friendly, making my stay truly memorable.

The breakfast spread was exceptional, especially the delicious green and red curries. Chef Eiam’s friendly service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The shower sealing leaked water everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, loved the spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. The location was ideal for exploring Bangkok, and the event space equipped with a huge LED screen made our family gatherings unforgettable. My dad really enjoyed it!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for kids.

The Renaissance in Bangkok exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and modern, featuring a lovely view of the city skyline. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped make my stay enjoyable, especially when I had questions about local attractions. However, I faced a frustrating situation—the slippers in my room were worn out when I arrived. I called the reception for replacements, but it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive, which was disappointing, especially late at night when I needed them most. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shopping centers like Central World and Siam Square.

Renaissance offers a prime location near BTS Chit Lom, making it easy to explore major shopping destinations like Central World and Siam Square. The hotel features modern, clean rooms, and the spacious shower with a rain showerhead was a highlight for me. What stood out the most was the excellent hospitality from the staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

The lobby fountain was under repair during my visit.

Staying in a Club Studio Suite was a highlight, with its fantastic corner view of the city. The room's layout was well-planned, featuring a cozy sofa and a luxurious bathtub by the window. While the breakfast was delicious and varied, the limited options at the Club lounge during happy hour were disappointing. Additionally, the flat pillows detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.

It was a great match for a short weekend trip in Bangkok with good value. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant. Try to get a room with a great view of the city!

Our group had an amazing stay！ The hotel’s venue space with a gigantic LED screen was perfect for our meetings, and we loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying delicious meals in the restaurant. The staff, especially Mr Tony from the Navigator service, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for friends!

Had a great time! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely private bathroom. The hotel is super clean and modern. Location is perfect, close to major shopping malls and the BTS Chit Lom station. The staff was friendly and quick to help. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge spread available. Enjoyed the spa facilities too!

I enjoyed the stunning city view from my room that made my stay memorable. The breakfast spread had an exceptional variety, especially the fish options. The room itself was well-appointed, modern, and clean, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the brilliant location just a short walk to public transport.

The check-in process could have been smoother with less crowding.

We spent 8 nights in the Executive Club room and felt so pampered with access to the delightful Club Lounge and beautiful indoor pool. The fitness center was great for a good workout after relaxing with a soothing full body massage. One thing to note is that the breakfast service could have been a bit more organized. 🌟

The service from the executive lounge staff was truly exceptional—Bunny, Kwan, and Nan were so attentive! 🌟 I felt at home. Just a bit noisy outside at night, but overall a fantastic experience!
